Welcome to Beauty Salon AI ("Service"), operated by RoutineBuster AI. By subscribing to or using our platform, website, or Instagram AI messaging integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Beauty Salon AI provides an automated artificial intelligence assistant platform designed for beauty salons to handle appointment bookings, respond to client inquiries, and manage schedule data via Instagram Direct Messages and Google Sheets integrations.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• 14-Day Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial period for new subscribers. A valid payment method is required upon sign-up.
• Recurring Billing: After the 14-day trial period expires, your subscription will automatically renew at $35.00 USD per month unless canceled prior to the trial expiration.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your automated AI workflow will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Responsibilities

You agree to maintain accurate business configuration data, maintain security over connected accounts, and comply with all applicable platform policies (including Meta / Instagram Platform Terms and Google API Policies).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beauty Salon AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule conflicts, platform downtime, or Meta API connectivity disruptions.

5. Modifications & Service Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
