User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta / Instagram Platform rules and GDPR requirements, Beauty Salon AI provides users and Facebook / Instagram account owners full control over their stored data and authorization tokens.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to remove your connected Instagram Business Account, delete stored Page Access Tokens, or delete all salon data associated with Beauty Salon AI, please follow the steps below:
Option 1: Direct Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to support@routinebusterai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your Salon Name
- Your Instagram Page Username or Facebook Page ID
- Your subscription email address
Our team will permanently delete all associated tokens, data table rows, and configuration logs from our systems within 24 to 48 hours and send you confirmation.
Option 2: Revoke Access via Facebook Settings
You can also remove our application's access directly from your Facebook account at any time:
- Log in to your Facebook Account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations.
- Locate Beauty SaaS / Beauty Salon AI.
- Click Remove to instantly revoke all access tokens.
